ALMOND SHARBAT Print

Ingredients:100g blanched almonds
ice cubes
125 ml milk
rosewater or orange water
sugar, to taste
water
orange zest ice cubes
Instructions:Put almonds in a blender and work into a fine meal.
Add milk and 250 ml water, blender again and strain into a jug.
Return almonds to blender, add water 250 ml, blend again and strain.
You can keep putting back the nutty meal till you get all the “milk” you want.
Chill well then serve on ice.
